At Lash Life Beauty Company all refunds are manually processed.   


We do not typically charge for services at the time you schedule your appointment.  We do require a 24 hours cancellation prior to your scheduled appointment.


We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen.  There is one-time forgiveness.   If you abuse this No Show policy. 

       You will be required to enter a credit card to schedule all future appointments.


The client must contact their lash stylist to get their refund for an appointment that has been held by a credit card payment.

    Before responding to an inquiry it must be determined if the request is for a current appointment and that you have followed our            cancellation policy.  The client needs to detail this their request.

Refunds are not offered.  Only  Revisions on Lash Services.  See our Policy & Procedure
